Service Description

Stay warm and cozy on your next adventure with an Autoterm Diesel Heater fitting from Bobil Vans. Our 2kw or 4kw heater can be mounted internally or externally, and gets connected directly to your van's fuel tank. They come with a 3 year warranty on fitting and can be fitted within a day. No matter the size of your van, our diesel heater fitting will keep you comfortable, no matter the weather. Please note: £300 is the minimum fitting price, if your van is larger, is already converted or it takes us longer to fit due to space restraints then this will be reflected in the final fitting price.

Cancellation Policy

• The Autoterm Heater you wish us to fit will need to be purchased before the install. We treat this as the deposit. The kit stays at our workshop reserved and ready to install on the day. Once the work has been completed, then the cost of labour + any additional parts are paid. • The Autoterm Heater comes with a 3 year installation and parts guarantee. • For payment, we accept bank transfer via an Invoice we send after work is completed. Card payment can be arranged, but to avoid expensive card fees, we prefer a Bank Transfer. • If there are complications or additional issues that we run into, we will do our best to keep you as up to date and informed as possible, but we are not responsible for unforeseen delays and complications, which could lead to longer install times and further labour costs. • We REQUIRE there to be a 12V fusebox for us to connect the heater up to in order for testing. Things to note the day before: • Prior to your booking, if there is any change we will inform you via email ASAP. • Please email us at info@bobilvans.co.uk to double check everything before making the journey down, just in case there is a last minute change, emergency etc… on your end or ours. • If we are working on your vehicle, it may be possible to spend the night before the installation at our unit, but please make sure by emailing us first to check this, as sometimes our workshop can get very busy with vehicles. • Please make sure your diesel tank is as EMPTY AS POSSIBLE before arriving as it makes our job of dropping the fuel tank easier and quicker (and lighter!). Things to note upon the day of arrival: • Please clear out any cupboards or areas we will need access to and/or run cables/ducting though. This will make our job faster and easier. • We often have a small stock of basic plumbing and electrical parts, but if something more specialist is required, please bring this with you. • There is not much space inside our workshop for standing around, especially for longer/larger jobs, and there is no seating/waiting area.
