SHIPPING POLICY

--- DOMESTIC SHIPPING - England, Scotland and Wales ---

Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail at £4.19.
Over that the cost is £5.95 for our smaller kits, and larger kits will be £11.95.
Water Tanks are £19.95.
There is FREE SHIPPING ON ALL UK ORDERS OVER £750.

We use DX next day delivery service for larger items, and Royal Mail 24 hour tracked for smaller packages.

Please note that due to Brexit disruption at the border it is taking us longer to source parts, which means there may be a lead time of 7-10 working days before you receive your order. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

--- Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands ---

Shipping cost to Northern Ireland start from £17.50, using DX 48 hour service.

For the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, shipping rates are priced to weight.

--- Europe ---

An example of shipping, for a standard 8kg parcel (an Xchange/Hybrid Kit), these are the shipping prices:

£25: Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.

£35: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Greece, Hungary, Norway, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Romania, Türkiye

£60: Iceland, Malta, Cyprus

Parcels smaller than 5kg will be slightly less (Bobil Electric tank, or smaller parts), and over 10kg will be more (this usually are for full kits + diesel heaters). Entering your address into the website will display the correct shipping prices.

--- USA and Canada ---

Due to the tariff situation in the USA, we currently aren't shipping to the USA automatically. Please contact us with exactly what you're wanting to purchase, and we can do you a custom shipping quote. We ship via Parcelforce, UPS or Royal Mail, and the price will be determined by weight of your items. Entering your address into the website will display the correct shipping prices. As a rough estimate:

Under 2kg: £20

2 - 5kg: £55

5-12kg: £75

12kg+ £150

--- Australia and New Zealand ---

We ship via Parcel Force worldwide or Royal Mail, and the price will be determined by weight of your items. Entering your address into the website will display the correct shipping prices.

0 - 2kg: £23.75

2 - 5kg: £55

5-12kg: £180

12kg+ £250

--- Other countries ---

If you don't see your country listed above, we may be able to ship to you, but we would have to look at shipping costs on an individual basis. Please contact us at info@bobilvans.co.uk to find out about this.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAX

Import tax is decided per country, at the border and is not something we have control over. As the buyer, you are responsible for any customs charges applicable on your package. For more information please check your government website.

IMPACT OF BREXIT & BORDER DELAYS

We have suffered delays with international suppliers due to Brexit, and so it is taking us longer to keep stock levels up, especially as a smaller company. Please bear with us - we are working hard to find alternative solutions for our stock. We will endeavour to ship every order within 10-15 working days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

If you are not satisfied with the product received, we are always happy to replace or refund. For a full refund we must be notified within 30 days of you receiving the product. If it is outside this timeframe please contact us to see if there are any partial-refund options available to you, or if you would like to replace the item for another.

WARRANTY

We provide a 1 year warranty on all Bobil branded products. If the product you receive is faulty in any way we are happy to replace the item or provide a full refund.
